On Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the San Mateo County Event Center transforms into a vibrant hub of Polynesian culture, music, and community. Hosted by the Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association (PICA), Day 1 of this legendary mid-summer festival brings the true spirit of the Pacific straight to San Mateo.Admission is incredibly budget-friendly at just $5.00 (which includes a raffle ticket), and children 12 and under get in completely free, making it the perfect weekend destination for families.Day 1 Entertainment & Hula LineupThe main stage fires up at 11:00 AM with non-stop traditional and contemporary Pacific Islander performances.
